All Postage and Packing charges are based upon the total weight of your order
We aim to despatch your goods within 2 days of receipt of your order, therefore depending on of postal times (unless a strike) you should receive your order within 4 - 10 days.
All items are sent via Royal Mail with a choice of services to suit you
the most cost effective option is selected automatically, but you have the option to over-ride this at the checkout stage and select any of the following:
- 1st Class Standard
- 2nd Class Standard
- 1st Class Recorded
- 2nd Class Recorded
- Standard Parcels, (for heavier items)
- Airmal International signed for
Product Availability & Returns
If a product is temporarily out of stock you will not be able to add this product to your shopping cart. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled, you will receive a prompt, full refund.
Before returning any product, you must contact us before returning. We accept any product returned providing it is still in its original packaging and all labels are still attached for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. However, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt, giving details of your reason for returning. Once we have received your request to return an item you will be given details of where you should return your item. You must return it in a secure and safe manner and it is advised that you return it with proof of delivery as we can not be responsible for any loss on return to us. Return postal charges are at your own expense.
We charge a 15-20% restocking fee for unwanted and wrong product ordered returned items.
Important: If damage occurs during shipment, please save the original packaging and contact us immediately.
If you havent received your item after a period of reasonable time has elapsed please contact us to report a possible loss in transit. Please be aware that the postal services do not recognize an item as lost in transit until a period of 4 weeks has passed from date of posting.
Customs
All packages sent from one country to another have to pass through customs control. We are not responsible for any excess fees deemed payable by your countries customs depot and in the event of your package having any excess fee levied on it, it is solely your responsibility for payment of these fees. As each country has different import rules and regulations it is strongly advised that you check your countries customs web site for up to date information.
