The Tagua nut is a type of palm tree seed, (found in the Peruvian Amazon Jungle. The seeds mature into a hard, white ‘ivory-like’ substance, and are harvested without damaging either the plant, or it's natural surroundings.) Left natural or dyed in bright contemporary colours, these long earrings combine the natural seeds called “taguita” or “cocos” with knotted cotton cords and metal ear hooks.

Hand made by the Zoe fair trade project in Lima, Peru. Complete the set with a matching red seed necklace and bracelet.
